What Zenitech offers
Our specialty is the industry-specific AI agent: an assistant that answers, qualifies requests, follows up and escalates to a person, working from the organization’s own documents and rules. Twelve starting agents exist, one per industry, all built on Orvel AI, the agent layer Zenitech designs and operates in Quebec. The same engine can be configured for another line of business or service.
- AI agents and conversational assistants in English and French.
- Custom software: platforms, portals, integrations and APIs.
- iOS and Android mobile apps, and progressive web apps.
- Mobile-first websites.
- CRM; automation of emails, texts, follow-ups and reports; dashboards.

Start with a pilot
We recommend starting small: a pilot with a limited scope and real users, before any wider rollout. Each phase has a scope and a price written down before it starts, ships something usable, and the organization can stop after any phase. In a solicitation, the buyer’s pricing structure and terms take precedence.
- Diagnostic of processes, tools and manual work.
- Working prototype within days, tested with real users.
- Deployment, integrations and staff training.
- Results tracking and continuous improvement.
- Code goes into a repository owned by the organization from the first commit; the stack is standard (Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL), with no in-house framework, so another supplier can take over.
- Documentation and a recorded walkthrough with every delivery.
Accessibility: our method
We design interfaces to target WCAG 2.1 level AA and the web accessibility standard the buyer requires (in Quebec, SGQRI 008 or the standard named in the solicitation). This is a method commitment, not a certification: we hold no accessibility attestation and we do not write “compliant” without testing.
- Testing before every release: automated tools, full keyboard navigation, screen reader, contrast and text size.
- Plain-language instructions, in both official languages when needed.
- Test results documented and handed to the organization, with known limitations.
Privacy and Quebec’s Law 25
For Orvel AI, accounts and conversations are kept in Quebec, on a server operated by Zenitech, and are not used to train AI models (Orvel privacy policy). Zenitech’s person in charge of the protection of personal information is Alexandre Blais.
- The agent answers from the organization’s documents and rules; forbidden topics are defined with the client; it escalates to a person when it does not know; every conversation stays reviewable.
- Data minimization: only the information the service needs.
- Data entrusted to us is not used for model training, and we state in writing where it transits and which providers receive it.
- We provide the data-flow, provider and security descriptions the organization needs for its privacy impact assessment.
- Hosting can sit in the organization’s own account, in its name; Canadian data residency is checked component by component before it is written into a bid.
French-language service
Zenitech is based in Quebec City and works in French first. Interfaces, documentation, training and support are available in French; AI agents answer in French and English. We reply to requests within one business day.
What you can verify
Before selling these tools, our team built and now runs them for the group’s own companies: Zeniva Travel (online travel), ZeniPay (payments) and ZeniCorp (construction and renovation). The case studies are public and also state what is not built yet.
We do not claim any certification or security clearance. If a solicitation requires one, we say so up front rather than at contract award.
