Custom software goes wrong in predictable ways. These rules answer the most common ones.

Your repository, from the first commit.The code lives in your account from day one, not “transferred at delivery”. We are invited collaborators you can remove at any time.
A standard stack.Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL. No in-house framework, so any competent developer can take over without us.
A fixed price per phase.Written before each phase starts, and every phase ships something usable. You can stop after any of them.

What we built for ourselves first.

Before building for clients, we built for our own group. All three platforms are live; each write-up (in French) also says what is not built yet.

Zeniva TravelOnline travel agency for US clients. Its AI assistant fails over between five language-model providers. ZeniPayFintech platform built on an append-only ledger, with idempotency keys and a signed audit trail. ZeniCorpConstruction platform for four trades in Quebec; every request is stored through two paths so none is lost.
