A website that sells, delivered in 2 to 4 weeks.
Most company websites are attractive and sell nothing. We build the opposite: a page that loads in under two seconds, says in ten words what you do, and gets the visitor to write or call. Built remotely, in English or French.
What a ZeniTech site includes
No bought template with new colours. We start from what you sell, to whom, and what has to happen when someone lands on the page.
- Custom design in your brand, built for the phone before the desktop
- Copy written with you: what you do, for whom, why it matters
- Technical SEO from day one — clean markup, fast pages, a real sitemap
- Structured data so search and AI engines can describe you correctly
- Forms that land in your CRM, not in an inbox nobody checks
- Analytics configured so you can see what the site actually produces
How we work with clients abroad
Everything runs over video calls and written updates, in your timezone where it matters. We are in Québec (Eastern Time), which overlaps a full working day with Europe in the morning and the Americas all afternoon.
- One 45-minute scoping call, then a written scope and a fixed price
- A working preview URL from the first week — you watch it take shape
- Two rounds of revisions included, stated in the scope
- Handover with a recorded walkthrough so your team can edit without us
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients outside Canada?
Yes. Delivery is remote by default — video calls, written scopes, a live preview URL — and we work in English or French. Most of our client work is with businesses in Canada and the United States, and the process is identical anywhere with a reasonable timezone overlap with Eastern Time.
How much does a website cost?
A professional brochure site starts in the low thousands; a store or a custom platform costs more. The price is fixed and written down after a free 30-minute scoping call, before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks for a brochure site once content is ready, longer for stores and custom platforms. The slowest part is usually gathering your content, not the build.
Do I own the site?
Yes. Code, domain, hosting account and content are yours. We hand over everything, including a recorded walkthrough, so you are never locked in.
