Do you work with businesses in France?
Yes, and in Belgium, French-speaking Switzerland, Luxembourg and Monaco. Everything is remote, in French or English, with about six hours of daily timezone overlap with Québec.
How do you handle GDPR?
Up front rather than as a fix. Real consent before any script, minimised data collection, hosting location stated before signature, a written list of processors, and access and deletion rights genuinely implemented.
Can data stay hosted in Europe?
Yes. We choose hosting and tools against that constraint when it applies, and we tell you what remains outside the EU where that is the case — some services have no European equivalent, and it is better to know in advance.
Do you invoice in euros?
Yes, quoted and invoiced in euros, at a fixed price written before work starts.
