Every lead has an owner, a status and a next step.
Most leads are not lost to competitors. They are lost to nobody following up. A CRM fixes that only if your team actually uses it, which is a design problem before it is a software problem.
What we set up
We start from your actual sales motion, not from a template with forty fields nobody fills.
- Lead capture from every source — site, ads, phone, referrals — into one place
- An owner assigned automatically, with a rule you choose
- Statuses that match how you really sell, usually five or six, not fifteen
- Automatic follow-ups by email and SMS at the intervals you set
- Commission calculation per rep, visible to them and to you
- Reports that answer: where do leads come from, where do they stall, who closes
Why teams stop using CRMs
Two reasons, in our experience, and both are avoidable at setup.
- Data entry that takes longer than the sale is worth — we cut the required fields to what is actually used
- Reps who see it as surveillance rather than a tool — so we show them their own commissions in it first
Frequently asked questions
Do you build a custom CRM or configure an existing one?
Both, depending on the fit. If an off-the-shelf tool covers 90% of your motion we configure it and integrate it. When the commission logic or the workflow is genuinely unusual — multi-party splits, for example — a custom build is cheaper than fighting a product.
Can it handle commission splits between parties?
Yes. We run exactly this in our own group: splits computed on net profit, applied at payment time, with an audit trail per transaction. It is the hardest part to get right and the one that causes disputes when it is wrong.
Will it integrate with our existing tools?
In most cases yes — email, calendars, accounting, payment platforms, ad platforms. Integration is quoted after we see the list; anything with an API is usually straightforward.
What about our data?
It stays yours, exportable at any time, in a standard format. We will tell you where it is hosted before you sign, not after.
