Buy when a product covers most of your process and the gaps are tolerable. Build when the workaround costs more than the software saves, when the logic is genuinely specific to you, or when the data is the asset. We will tell you honestly which case you are in, including when the answer is buy.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit, in your own repository. We hand over documentation and a recorded walkthrough so another team could take it over without us.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything and it keeps running. The stack is deliberately standard so any competent developer can continue; that is a design constraint, not an afterthought.
How is it priced?
By phase, with a fixed price per phase written before it starts. Open-ended hourly billing on custom software is how budgets disappear.
