Every travel enquiry answered, day and night.
Travel enquiries arrive at night and on weekends, and a traveller who waits until Monday is often already talking to another agency. Lina answers every enquiry, asks the questions your advisors would ask, and sends a priced proposal while the traveller is still interested.
Lina is ZeniTech’s AI agent for travel agencies, powered by Orvel AI. She qualifies each request — destination, dates, budget, travellers, preferences — builds the proposal from your packages and pricing rules, follows up without nagging, and tracks each booking through payment reminders, travel documents and pre-departure reminders. Your advisors confirm every booking and every payment.
What Lina does for a travel agency
Everything before and after the moment your advisor confirms the booking.
- Full qualification: destination, dates, budget, travellers and preferences collected before an advisor opens the file
- Proposals with prices: itineraries and packages presented clearly, sent by email and text
- Timely follow-ups: unanswered proposals are followed up without harassing anyone, until the booking
- Booking follow-through: payment reminders, travel documents and reminders before departure
- Promotions and last-minute deals: posts and emails prepared for your offers, sent after your approval
- After the trip: a review request on return, then a follow-up at the right time for the next trip
A day with Lina
An illustrative day — an example of the work, not a client case.
- 7:02 am — A family asks for an all-inclusive over spring break. Lina asks the right questions: departure city, dates, budget, children’s ages.
- 7:09 am — Three packages with prices go out by email and text.
- 10:30 am — A couple who never answered their cruise proposal gets a follow-up.
- 1:15 pm — A “Last minute” post is ready for Instagram, waiting for your approval.
- 4:40 pm — Your advisor confirms a booking: the file is complete, the commission calculated.
- 10:48 pm — A question about travel documents for a departure tomorrow gets an immediate answer, without waking anyone.
Guardrails
Lina works inside the rules you set. When something falls outside them, she hands off instead of improvising.
- Never confirms a booking or a payment without your advisor
- Never quotes a price that doesn’t come from your rules
- Hands off to a person for a complaint or a delicate situation
- Answers from your documents and your rules, not from general knowledge
- Every conversation can be reviewed: you correct it, the agent adjusts

Frequently asked questions
Can Lina book trips on her own?
No. She prepares everything: the proposal, the travellers’ details and a complete file. The booking and the payment are confirmed by your team, following your rules. Your advisors stay in charge of what they are accountable for, while Lina takes over the back-and-forth that fills their day before a traveller is ready to commit.
Which languages does Lina speak?
English, French, Spanish and Arabic. She detects the traveller’s language and replies in the same one. We deliver and support the setup in English or French; if a good share of your travellers write in Spanish or Arabic, we recommend a native speaker on your team reviews a sample of conversations before launch.
Where do the prices in her proposals come from?
From the packages and pricing rules you configure with us. Lina never quotes a price that doesn’t come from those rules. When a request falls outside what she can price, she collects the details and passes a complete file to an advisor instead of guessing a number.
Will she pester travellers who don’t reply?
No. Unanswered proposals are followed up at sensible intervals, without harassing anyone, until the traveller books or says no. You set the rhythm and the number of reminders. After the trip, she asks for a review and gets back in touch when it is time to plan the next one.
How long does it take to set up Lina?
A version of Lina that answers and captures requests goes live in 1 to 2 weeks. Connected to your CRM, your calendar and automatic follow-ups, count 3 to 4 weeks. Everything is delivered remotely, over video calls and written updates, in English or French. We are on Eastern Time, which overlaps with business hours across North America and Europe.
How much does Lina cost?
Setup costs CAD 3,000 to 7,500, then CAD 750 to 1,500 a month, before taxes. That is roughly USD 2,100 to 5,300 for setup and USD 530 to 1,060 a month. The monthly plan includes reasonable usage; exceptional volumes are agreed in advance, so there is no surprise on the invoice.
