Does Mia know each stylist’s schedule?
Yes. She books into each person’s own slots, for the right service and the right duration. A first colour can be flagged so the stylist plans extra time, and a client who asks for a specific person gets that person’s availability, not the salon’s in general.
Will she post on Instagram without my permission?
Never. She prepares the posts — photo, caption, hashtags — and you approve them before anything goes out. The same applies to promotional emails. You keep full control of what your brand says in public, and Mia saves you the time of writing it.
Does Mia work for med spas?
Yes, for booking, reminders, the waitlist and general questions about your services and prices. She never promises a result and never gives medical advice about skin, allergies or whether a treatment suits someone: those questions go to your practitioners. Clinical records stay in your own software.
Can she enforce my cancellation policy?
She applies it as you wrote it: she states the policy when a client books, reminds them before the appointment and respects your deposit and late-cancellation rules. She can also flag suspicious bookings and repeated no-shows, so your team can decide what to do.
