Every quote followed up until it is signed.
Contractors lose jobs on the phone, not on the site: a missed call during a pour, a quote nobody followed up. Atlas qualifies every request, books the estimate visit and follows up until the contract is signed.
Atlas is ZeniTech’s AI agent for general contractors, renovation firms and specialty trades. It qualifies each project by type of work, city, budget and timeline, books estimate visits, tracks contracts and deposits, and takes emergency calls at night, by phone, text, email and on your website. Like every ZeniTech agent, it also handles prospecting, email, progress-payment tracking, analytics and security monitoring.
What Atlas does for a contractor
Atlas covers the path from first call to signed contract, and the night calls in between.
- Quote requests: type of work, city, budget and timeline collected before the visit
- Estimate visits booked in your calendar, with a reminder to the client
- Every quote sent is followed up until it is signed
- Emergencies around the clock: plumbing, electrical, heating calls qualified and passed to the person on call
- Contracts and deposits tracked, crew notified
- Finished-project photos published after your approval
A day with Atlas
An example of a normal day once Atlas is live. Illustrative, not a client case.
- 6:30 am — A bathroom renovation request. Atlas qualifies the work, the city and the budget
- 7:00 am — An estimate visit booked for Tuesday, confirmed by text
- 9:45 am — Last week’s quotes are followed up
- 1:20 pm — Emergency: water damage. Atlas collects the address and alerts the person on call
- 4:00 pm — Photos of a finished job are ready to post, waiting for your approval
- 8:15 pm — Contract signed: deposit tracked, crew notified
Guardrails
Atlas qualifies and schedules. Prices, safety and site problems stay with people.
- Never commits to a price without your estimate
- A dangerous emergency is directed to 911 or local emergency services
- Complaints and site problems are handed to your team
- Answers from your documents and rules, not from general knowledge
- Every conversation can be reviewed; you correct it, and it adjusts

- Exceptional volumes are agreed in advance, never billed by surprise
- Live and answering in 1 to 2 weeks; 3 to 4 weeks when connected to your CRM, calendar and automated follow-ups
- Connects to your website, the ZeniTech CRM, your calendar, phone and SMS, email, Meta and Google, and payments
Frequently asked questions
Does Atlas take emergency calls at night?
Yes. Atlas answers, qualifies the emergency and alerts the person on call according to your rules: who to wake up, for which kind of job, in which area. A dangerous situation, such as a gas smell or an electrical fire risk, is directed to 911 or local emergency services first.
Will Atlas quote a price to the client?
No. Atlas never commits to a price without your estimate. It can ask about the client’s budget to qualify the project and book the estimate visit, but the number on the quote always comes from you or your estimator. After you send it, Atlas follows up with the client until the quote is signed or declined.
Does it work for specialty trades?
Yes: plumbing, electrical, heating, roofing and general renovation. We configure your services and your service areas, so Atlas asks the right questions for a roof leak and different ones for a kitchen remodel, and turns away jobs outside your territory politely.
Can Atlas post our project photos?
Atlas prepares posts from your finished-job photos, with the text, and publishes them only after you approve. Nothing goes out on your social accounts without your sign-off. Finished jobs are the proof clients look for, and this keeps them coming out regularly without anyone on your crew having to write captions.
How long does setup take?
An agent that answers and captures enquiries goes live in 1 to 2 weeks. If you also want it connected to your CRM, your calendar and automated follow-ups, plan on 3 to 4 weeks. Everything is done remotely over video calls and written updates, in English or French, so your location does not change the timeline.
How much does Atlas cost?
Setup costs CAD 3,000 to 7,500 (roughly USD 2,100 to 5,300), then CAD 750 to 1,500 per month (roughly USD 530 to 1,060), before taxes. The monthly plan includes reasonable usage; exceptional volumes are agreed in advance. The exact figure depends on how many of your tools the agent connects to, and it is written down before we start.
