Can Jade help me keep my members?
That is her main job. She spots members who are coming less often and reaches out with a personal message before they think about cancelling. She also sends renewal reminders ahead of the expiry date and tracks recurring payments and declined cards, so a membership doesn’t lapse over an expired card.
Does it work for yoga, dance or cycling studios?
Yes. Gyms, yoga, dance and cycling studios, martial arts schools: we configure your classes, your schedule and your plans. Jade books into the classes you offer, manages the waitlist when a class is full and reminds people before it starts.
Can Jade cancel, freeze or change a membership?
No. She never changes a membership without your team. When a member asks to cancel or freeze, she collects the request, states your policy and passes it to your staff with the conversation attached. Your cancellation and refund policies are applied as you wrote them.
Will she give workout or nutrition advice?
Not personalised advice. She answers questions about your classes, plans, prices and schedule, and books people in. Anything about injuries, health conditions or diet goes to your coaches and staff, who know the member. That keeps Jade useful without speaking for your trainers.
How long does it take to set up Jade?
A version of Jade that answers and captures requests goes live in 1 to 2 weeks. Connected to your CRM, your calendar and automatic follow-ups, count 3 to 4 weeks. Everything is delivered remotely, over video calls and written updates, in English or French. We are on Eastern Time, which overlaps with business hours across North America and Europe.
